The Extreme 60 axles for the 2020 and newer Jeep Gladiator JT are complete bolt-in axle assemblies with all required brackets and mounts in place. The vehicle's factory driveshafts will require modification or replacement to accommodate the larger 1350 series u-joint and 60 series housing. New 8-Lug wheels are required.

ABS Sensors - Axles do not include ABS sensors, the factory sensors from the stock axles must be retained and installed on the Extreme 60 front and rear axle assemblies

Computer Programming: A programmer is required to reset the gear ratio and tire height settings in the vehicle's computer for the proper function of the vehicle's stability control and transmission shift points when larger than stock tires are installed

Brake System: The big brake kit included with the Extreme 60 uses 14.250-inch rotors and Jeep Gladiator dual-piston calipers in the front and 13.75-inch vented rotors and Gladiator calipers in the rear

Wheel and Tire Size: For proper brake caliper clearance, 17-inch or larger wheels are required. Wheels must have a 4.9-inch (125 mm) hub bore with a recommended 4.5-inch backspace. The maximum recommended tire size is 42 inches

Overall Width: Axles are offered in a width of 70 or 72 inches between wheel mounting surfaces. This additional width improves the frame and body clearance for large tires and provides additional space for coil-over shocks.

Steering Stabilizer: The Extreme 60 ram assist bracket requires an aftermarket stud-style track bar bolt to accommodate a steering stabilizer. Trac bar bolts are available from FOX Racing P/N 803-02-028 or Synergy Manufacturing P/N 8806-01
